Purpose: The science of interpretation, as the most important science responsible for understanding the Qur'an, needs to be methodized and updated so that the teachings of the Qur'an can be used easily for all classes of people. In the present study, the meaning of "future research in interpretation" is the ability to create desirable models for more efficient interpretation in the future, by using scientific tools, creativity and relying on the foundations and rules of interpretation and compensating the damages of interpretation in the past.Method: This research, with descriptive analytical method, answers the question, what are the fields and requirements of future research in interpretation? Findings: The results of the current research are based on the fact that special attention to the Qur'an, as the most important source of interpretation, rationality and methodical consideration in interpretation, attention to the prerequisites of interpretation, interpretation based on the requirements of the time, the need to pay attention to thematic interpretation, studying on the history of interpretation and observing the manners and conditions of interpretation are one of the most important requirements of interpretation in the future. Results: Considering the developments that will take place in the field of knowledge, methods and expectations from science in the future, the interpretation will also change. For this reason, in order not to cause various damages to the interpretation of the Qur'an, it is necessary to pay attention to the various contexts, principles and requirements of the interpretation of the Qur'anic commentators and scholars.

Commentary on the words and expressions used in the Quran began at the time of the first revelation. The Prophet himself undertook the teaching of the Quran and the explanation of its meanings and intent. There are three roads open to us when making commentary upon the Quran. Firstly, by using knowledge that one already possesses. Secondly, with the help of the sayings of the Prophet or Imams. Thirdly, by using a combination of methods:by reflection and analysis, or by allowing the verses to become clarified by comparing it to other verses, or by use of the sayings of the Prophet and Imams, whenever possible. The second way is the main concern of this paper. Extremism is another issue which is discussed in this paper and the author has rendered some solution for it.

One of the methods of interpreting the Qur'an is the mystical method. Some recent and past commentators have shown in their works that they pay special attention to this method in interpreting the Qur'an. In this method of interpreting the Qur'an, the commentators try to extract mystical hints and nuances from the verses of the Qur'an. This article uses a descriptive-analytical method and library studies to express the methodology of two interpretations "Tafseer al-Qur'an al-Azeem" and "Tafsir Bayan al-Saada fi Maqamat al-Ibadah" and compare them. Imam Sahl bin Abdullah Tustari (200-283 AH), one of the commentators in the past, has used the mystical method in the interpretation of the verses in his Tafsir called "Tafsir al-Qur'an al-Azeem". He did not interpret the Qur'an verse by verse, but spoke of limited verses in each chapter. On the other hand, Sultan Alishah Gonabadi (1251-1327 AH), another commentator in the past, used the mystical method in the interpretation of the divine verses in his interpretation called Tafsir Bayan al-Saada fi Maqamat al-Ibadah. In this book, all the chapters and verses of the Holy Qur'an are interpreted. In addition, the comparative interpretations of Qur'anic verses on Sufi terms and teachings are very prominent in this commentary, and it is an emerging phenomenon among the mystical interpretations of Shia.

Honoring people of knowledge and virtue is a good custom to which our scientific community is needy in order to improve and develop. The present essay is an attempt in introducing Dr. Sayyed Mohammad Bagher Hojjati and his scholarly activities and works specially Tafsir-e Kashefand its method in Quranic commentary.      

One of the most significant characteristics of Shia heritage is said to be the fact that it is provided in written discourse. From their outset, Hadiths that are attributed to Prophet and Imams have always been conveyed to the next generation through books and Shia's principles. Then, Authors of Hadith bookss, especially writers of The Four Books, gathered them together and provided a written script of them so that the old sources were gradually forgotten. Nowadays, these old sources may be restored via different processes, specifically using indexes of al- Najashi, Tusi and etc. By applying this approach, the current study attempts to restore sources of Tafsir Al-Qomi. This exegesis is assumed to be one of the most important sources of Shai's traditionary commentaries. Attribution of the Tafsir-e Al-Qomi to the Ali Ibn Ibrahim Al-Qomi is somehow doubted. Through employing the results of resource restoring, the present article sought to elucidate on the validity of sources and authors of the books from earlier authorities' view. The authors' ideology has also been clarified to some extent. Meantime, attempts have been made to present precise evidences of knowing the real writer of aforementioned book.

Muhammad Izza Darouzah is a contemporary Quranic commentator who has written an exegesis on the basis of historical descent of the Quran. Al-Tafsir al-Hadith is among innovative-rational exegeses which is based upon sources and references; mostly with taking into consideration context and order of Quranic verses, subtle grammatical and rhetorical points, and necessities of descent of verses. The commentator divides, in a general view, Quranic chapters into Meccan and Medinan and then makes his commentaries on the basis of his innovative method. This exegesis is the first of its kind. The present essay surveys this exegesis and analyzes the authors method of exegesis.
